  1. Thank you for the tutorial! I am new to all this and still learning. I so appreciate all the people out there willing to share their information. I work about 60 hours a week, so there's no time for a class and since I do photography just as a hobby, even if I had time, I can't justify spending the money on a class. So thank you so much!!!

  4. This is a great tutorial. I love really colorful photos so your tutorial is going to help me so much. I'm probably going to try this tonight. Have to go digging in LR to see if I can find one that works.

  6. Thanks guys!

@newtruth goodness me, please don't mistake my intentions here. You can have plenty of crafty editing skills but if your photos aren't exposed correctly, or your compositions are lacking interest you can't expect to fix them all in photoshop. If you're looking for a good website to learn check out ILP (www.ilovephotography.com) or any other photography blog. I recommend learning all you can about your camera before you even begin editing your photos to save yourself from hair-pulling. :)

Note to all: My workflow has actually changed quite a bit since I posted this. I've also learned quite a bit more about metering, exposure, focusing, dof, etc so my photos actually look about 80% better than this SOOC and I'm still learning. =]
